Jens Kristian Thysted is one of Denmark’s brightest young golf prospects, currently making waves on the Nordic golf scene. He played his junior golf at Holbæk before moving to Smørum Golfklub, where he’s become a core part of both their club-team and individual success. As an amateur, Thysted won the Danish Stroke-Play Championship (DM), taking the national title and showing his readiness for elite competition. He also earned a spot on Denmark’s national squad.

He turned professional in 2024, joining the Nordic Golf League. Impressively, he finished high enough on the 2024 Nordic Golf League Order of Merit to secure a Challenge Tour card.
