Dormy Open by Creekhouse – A New Chapter in Swedish Men’s Golf

We’re proud to introduce Dormy Future Stars – a joint initiative between Creekhouse Management, the Swedish Golf Federation, and Dormy – created to support Sweden’s most promising golfers in their transition from amateur to professional careers.

The program focuses on players who have grown up in the Swedish club system, represented national teams, and developed their game through U.S. college golf – and who are now ready to take the next step onto the professional stage.

Dormy Future Stars is built around three key pillars:

  • Increasing visibility for Sweden’s future tour players

  • Providing tournament access at the professional level

  • Offering financial support during the transition to pro golf'

To kick things off, Andrea Lignell (Hills Golf Club) and Louise Rydqvist (Värnamo Golf Club) are the first two players selected. More names will be announced this fall during the SM Match by Dormy Future Stars, played September 3–6 on the Swedish Cutter & Buck Tour.

As part of the initiative, both Andrea and Louise will also tee it up at Hills Open – the Ladies European Tour event hosted at Hills Golf & Sports Club, August 22–24, 2025.

We believe this kind of long-term support is essential for helping more Swedish players succeed internationally, and we’re excited to walk alongside Andrea and Louise as they take on the next phase of their careers.
